Davido Collaborates with United Masters to Introduce New Record Label
The Nigerian superstar, who initially rose to prominence as HKN’s leading artist before establishing Davido Music Worldwide (DMW), has now collaborated with United Masters to introduce a new record label.
United Masters announced their partnership with Davido on April 18, 2024, through their official Instagram page, describing it as a “groundbreaking collaboration.”
United Masters described the partnership as transformative for the African music industry, highlighting Davido’s role in propelling emerging artists’ careers to new levels.
Meanwhile, Davido expressed his excitement about collaborating with United Masters, stating that it marks an exciting chapter for both emerging and established artists worldwide.
Following United Master’s 2023 agreement with Sarz Academy, Davido is the latest Nigerian musician with whom the organization would collaborate.
After the recent rebranding of DMW 2.0, Davido launched his new record label Nine+, where he signed Morravey and Logos Olori, Two artists who featured on his Grammy-nominated fourth album, “Timeless.”
Davido’s recent achievement of headlining a sold-out concert at Madison Square Garden solidifies his status as both a superstar and a successful label boss, setting high expectations for Nine+ to shine in the music industry.
