Wizkid Teases Davido as he encourages Fans to Plead for Fresh Music Release
Wizkid briefly appeared on X in the early hours of April 29, 2024, where he interacted with the fans and made fun of Davido.
Wizkid remarked in a post on his X account that he has a lot on his mind every day, but he won’t say anything because of how poorly he will be able to say it.
“Every day I get things to say but my mouth no good,” the tweet reads.
Under the tweet, a fan asked him to release new music to which Wizkid replied “Is it by force?” Another fan replied, “Yes na by force, biggest bird.”
Wizkid responded to the request for new music in an unexpected and hilarious way by pleading with his fans to beg him, using Davido’s previously viral sobbing video as an example of how he wants to be begged.
“Beg me like this. Send video,” Wizkid posted alongside the viral video of Davido crying.
Fans were startled by Wizkid’s harsh trolling of Davido, as was to be expected, and they responded to the post accordingly.
Several onlookers have speculated about the tweet, asking if there is resentment between the celebrities who partied together in December 2023, Davido even revealed Wizkid’s new album on his X account.
On the other hand, some onlookers choose to see Wizkid’s post as friendly banter rather than an attack of trolling.
Wizkid also showed his admiration for Nigerian singer and popular pastor Prophet Odumeje.
