Wizkid, Davido exchanges words on social media

Nigerian musician Wizkid, whose real name is Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, claims in a controversial tweet that his competitor Davido cannot be on the same level as him if he retires from music now.

This was made public by Award-Winning musician Ayodeji Wizkid, better known for the hit song “Bad To Me,” took to the X app where he and Davido publicly humiliated one another.

Between midnight on April 29 and midnight on April 28 and midnight on April 30, 2024, Wizkid and Davido violently dragged themselves in a war on the X app.

In response, Davido made fun of Wizkid’s musical career and emphasized that the singer is really ill. He also made fun of the singer’s height and shoe size, calling Wizkid a woman beater and attempting to use him as leverage for his upcoming music.

In response, Wizkid hit out at Davido, accusing him of not being as successful a singer as he is. According to the “Essence” hitmaker, Davido’s effect is dependent on his songwriter.

He further stated that Davido would never further stated that Davido would never be able to reach his current level of success in music if he were to give up the music industry today.

Wizkid tweeted; “I got nun to say to u my boy! I can retire today and you still not on my level. You be influencer with a songwriter. Wish u well.”
