Court orders VeryDarkMan to remove defamatory video

BlastAdminNg | October 15, 2024

A Lagos State high court in Ikeja has issued a court order on Tuesday ordering social media critic Martins Vincent Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan, to remove videos that defame human rights attorney Femi Falana, SAN.

Additionally, the court ruled that he should not speak about the Falanas in the future.

This comes after Falana stated he is restraining himself from bringing a criminal complaint against VeryDarkMan’s allegations of him helping cross-dresser Bobrisky get a pardon.

Recall that on September 24, 2024, VeryDarkMan released a voice call recording in which Bobrisky described how musician Falz reached out to him while he was serving a six-month sentence in prison.

While in response to the claims, the Falanas sent a letter requesting that VeryDarkMan issue an apology within the next day.
