Nigerian Rapper Skales’ recent post leaves followers with mixed feelings
Skales, Nigerian Singer and Rapper has uploaded a video of his face covered in blood which has left his followers with mixed feelings, some, worried and concerned while some remained doubtful.
On May 6, 2024, the musician uploaded a video to his Instagram page of himself wiping blood off of his face using a tissue.
The footage shows that he had injuries on the bridge of his nose, his head and his temple.
Skales wrote in the post, “THANK YOU JESUS,” expressed his thankfulness although without disclosing the reason for his injuries.
Following the post, his fans and other celebrities reacted, with many voicing their concerns.
Singer Nasboi said, “I am so sorry my brother.” Nollywood actor Deyemi asked, “Accident? Sorry man”.
Big Brother Naija star Queen Mercy Atang commented, “Jesus Christ. What happened,” while popular producer T-classic said, “Damn, I just hope this a makeup for a shoot.”
While some fans expressed concern for the musician, others remained doubtful over Skales’ injury and post.
A follower commented, “First me I know say nothing fit do u because oil Dey ur head … The make-up artist is dope! Special effects. The fact say na tissue paper u hold na him give am out .. when is the video coming out?”
“If this was real, you’d be In the hospital right now. Stop fooling around, get in the studio and sing,” another follower said.
