AFCON 2023: Super Eagles Have Potentials To Beat Ivory Coast, says Okocha

Former Nigerian international, Austine Okocha has affirmed that the Super Eagles have potentials to overcome AFCON host, Ivory Coast, in todays 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.

Recall that team Nigeria were held to a 1-1 draw by Equatorial Guinea in their opening tournament, while Cote dIvoire triumphed to a 2-0 victory against Guinea-Bissau.

Nevertheless, in a chat with Cafonline, the former PSG star stated that to be champion, the Super Eagles must be ready to beat the best.

I think what the key will be experience, desire and state of mind. For me, they are professionals, and they know the importance of this match, I think their mindset will be the key, Okocha told CAFonline.
